Phone calls

Updated: May 4, 2022

This article was produced with the precious help of Michel Muller's book, "La justice manipulée", Audicrim. I added some personal analysis. The book in question provides some very relevant answers to the thought pattern of the anonymous stalkers in this case. I don't fully agree with his study as a whole, although his perspective is interesting. I wanted to share a (small) part of his work with you.

Unfortunately, the notebook in which Monique Villemin listed these calls has undergone dishonest modifications. Pages have been torn off, altered or damaged, times and dates changed for the sole purpose of overwhelming Christine Villemin. The chronology was thus deliberately skewed in order to create "indisputable" proof of the guilt of Grégory's mother.

[A large part of the cords which were used to tie up Grégory disappeared from the seals and were found at his parents' home in order, once again, to accuse Christine.]

This table is therefore definitely incomplete. All this was achieved when the Nancy SRPJ was in charge of the case.

Photo available on the website "Justice pour Grégory Villemin"
  1. In pink, you can note the anonymous calls of the female black bird.

  2. In blue, those of the man with the "hoarse voice".

  3. In flashy green, possibility to send the call.

  4. In orange, unable to send the call.

  5. In very light orange, (salmon color) lack of information.

  6. In khaki green, possibility to call at work.

Observations

Marcel & Jacqueline Jacob are not integrated in the comparative table. At the time, Jean-Marie did not seriously suspect his uncle and aunt of being involved.

On May 17, 1983, Albert was disturbed by a call to his factory (the last officially).

A woman is heard first (she will introduce herself as his daughter (Jacqueline Villemin), Albert will only hear the male voice). "You will hang yourself!"

These two people are together. However, only Jacky and Liliane have the opportunity to send this call and we know that they have been exonerated. According to this chart, at the time of this call (10am), Bernard & Ginette were at work. [However, Jean-Marie notes a lack of information on their morning work; the table doesn't exempt them completely.]

This element is very important; indeed, even if Bernard could make a phone call (from his workplace), his female partner should have been with him. None of the women around him (suspected or not) worked in his factory.

This observation takes us on the track of Marcel & Jacqueline Jacob.

From 1981 to September 1983 ~> back to school for Grégory. Christine Villemin had lunch with her mother when Jean-Marie Villemin was on the morning shift. He came to pick up Grégory when he left work. The SRPJ will not take this into account?

The investigation showed that Christine Villemin could not send phone calls from her workplace. The murder of Bernard Laroche hampers the emergence of the truth, but those who accused Christine to the point of destroying exculpatory material are morally responsible. Alas, legally, they remain innocent and have never been questioned. Worse, they did not hesitate to attack all those who dared to tell the truth about their faults.

The investigation showed that the crows lived in the same village as Monique and Albert Villemin - Aumontzey. The investigation showed that Ginette Villemin & Bernard Laroche could send phone calls from their workplace. And outside the factory (public booth available).

Michel Villemin is always alone when he is disturbed by the crow. No witnesses or recordings. The only people who were able to record the raven are: Monique & Albert, Liliane & Jacky, Jean-Marie Villemin.

The woman appeared on 8 dates in a 6 month period between November 1982 & May 1983. The investigation showed that to contact the Aumontzey factory, the (anonymous) caller had to follow a specific procedure, (The call was redirected to the Aumontzey factory from Granges sur Vologne).

Bernard Laroche & Ginette Villemin often had the opportunity to telephone. Jean-Marie suspected them for a while of embodying the malicious duo. He knew Ginette's jealousy and hatred. His instinct is not totally wrong; even though Ginette was not the anonymous woman, I'm convinced that she was discussing family gossip with Jacqueline Jacob. The investigation showed that with their respective husbands, they had a close relationship.

The assassination of Grégory is only one step in the process of psychic murder directed against Jean-Marie Villemin. The psychic murder consisted in maximizing the psychic suffering of Grégory's father by breaking all his emotional ties to isolate him. His ruin, the dismissal of his role as leader constitute associated motives. The manipulator turned Jacky into a "bête noire" and gave the impression that Jacky's father-in-law was the crow. The predators programmed Jean-Marie to kill Roger Jacquel.

From the start of the phone harassment, the manipulator encouraged Albert to commit suicide. He demanded that Albert and Monique no longer receive Jean-Marie and Christine on Sundays. Manipulation is at the heart of this criminal case.

The members of this family have become the puppets of several manipulators, including women. Jean-Marie understood that the journalist Jean-Michel Bezzina, Bernard's lawyer, and Jacques Corazzi formed a triumvirate which manipulated Judge Lambert against Christine Villemin. As their decision to kill Bernard was made, the Villemin spouses began to manipulate in turn: Christine evokes a meeting with Judge Lambert: "We pretended to believe what he was telling us to get into his game,". Likewise, when Jean-Marie was on television, he said that he let justice take its course so that Laroche did not have the idea of hiding."

Jacky married Liliane, daughter of Roger Jacquel, CGT unionist from the Autocoussin company where Jean-Marie works. Jean-Marie's refusal to take back his CGT card does not create a credible motive for the murder of his son. Roger Jacquel says: “I don't understand why Jean-Marie is upset with me personally. We never had an argument. I myself have received anonymous phone calls. The crow did everything to direct the suspicions on me”. Lucidity.

Jacky and Liliane received dozens of phone calls which they recorded on tapes.

The gendarmes had asked them to let the crow talk as long as possible. Liliane says: "The crow spouted out insanities, garbage, sexual things ... And you had to endure waves of insults for sometimes half an hour! And I was crying, I was sobbing, without him stopping! Once, however, I said to him: why are you so mad on us? What have we done to you? There was a long silence, and he hung up. My question baffled him."

The Villemin family lawyers, Me Paul Lombart and Joël Lagrange have appointed a correspondent in Épinal. He fell in love with Liliane, he married her and she became his secretary. In front of the court of Dijon, Jacky, devastated, will say “I do not know anything about this file; I don't know anything about this case. All I know is my lawyer left with my wife. The crow hurt me by wanting to defend me, he pointed me out as the culprit and manipulated my brother Jean-Marie who was always convinced that it was I who sent the letters." The manipulator used Roger Jacquel as a scapegoat. He never wanted Jacky's best. He was trying to break his emotional bond with Jean-Marie.

Monique Villemin had filled out a green 96-page notebook of the phone call schedule. Judge Simon found that the original of the transcript had disappeared from the file. He discovered that the seals had been broken and not restored.

There were only eight leaves intact. Some had been cut with a razor blade and glued with tape at another location. Mute calls without interest were carefully listed while long calls carrying threats and essential to the identification of the murderer had disappeared. Several sealed magnetic tapes have disappeared. Judge Simon decided to hear from all the people who had handled the notebook and questioned the gendarme who had made the seal. Monique admitted that the notebook had been tampered with, but she didn't know by whom. In court, the lawyer for the Villemin couple attributed, in barely covered words, the destruction of the notebook to the SRPJ.

April 1981: (insults) Witnesses mention a male voice, "hoarse". Monique and Albert receive these calls.
The table indicated by mistake September 1981, we are in July 1981: Jean-Marie hears a woman singing, giggling and laughing hysterically. The song "Chef un petit coup, on a soif" and the hit "J'ai le mal de toi" are played in the background.

She takes the ascendancy and knows his weak point, inherited from the father. Hypersensitivity, nervousness, inability to endure aggression. Jean-Marie cracks. “Bitch!" Laughter grows, evokes hysteria. Jean-Marie's fingers tighten on the handset. He hangs up. From this call, the Villemin couple will continue to rack their brains, in the hope of identifying him/her. [At the time and in the family circle, many households had the record "Chef, on a soif"; however, an identical record was found in Bernard's home during a search. He will tell investigators "It was Marie-Ange's uncle who gave it to us". Which uncle and when? [Marcel and Bernard could exchange these objects with each other.]

Beginning of 1982: Call relating to the bonesetter from Lépanges.

A schoolboy joke, Jean-Marie had the same last name.

Sunday November 22, 1981: Insults on the phone, then the front door pane broken, Christine goes to sleep with Grégory at the neighbors (Meline).

The manipulator, with a strong local accent, launches a series of insults. Christine hangs up. The aggression grows with the call. The manipulator can't stand being hung up on him, he calls back immediately and the harassment escalates. He takes revenge for the other's success, for their imaginary contempt towards him. Perverse violence appears, embryonic, from these first calls. He has access to the Villemin couple's schedule. He knows their characters, their flaws. Isolation is Christine's flaw at this point.

The manipulator distills fear. Christine transmits her anguish to her husband who will react, try to discover their identity without ever succeeding. Jean-Marie, will prove to be powerless in the face of the manipulator.

They follow the effects of their actions in real time and adapt to the reactions of victims. Interpreted as an attempted intrusion; I think the intended goal was, actually, to scare Christine. Jean-Marie buys a rifle, reinforces the defenses of the house. Fear has set in.

Michel directs Jean-Marie towards their brother Jacky who would have cried and who was wearing a bandage on his hand. Jacky is not driving, but a doubt may have crept into Jean-Marie's mind at that point. Michel has a motive to blame Jacky. They fought at the exit of the Autmontzey factory on November 14, 1981 in the presence of Marcel Jacob. The manipulator will refer to it, proving a link with Marcel or Michel. Is Michel acting out of revenge?

Ginette receives a call:

"Whore", "Bitch". The usual terms. She's convinced Liliane made the call. Each attributes the voices of the wicked to his family enemies.

December 13, 1981: "Your wife makes you cuckold with Popov, (Bernard's nickname), he is the father of your child”. He climbs the hill to Bernard's house who says: "Aren't you a bit crazy ?! I hope you don't believe that!".

The crow claims that Ginette Villemin is having sex with Bernard. Michel is the only witness to these calls, no recording either.

Calls continue: "Cuckold", "Cuckold" A week later, another anonymous call.

January 25-26, 1982, “we made the java (parties) together”.

The crow suggests he knows Michel well. “We have the same buffet”; Jacky Villemin has an identical cabinet. But, Marcel Jacob too.

Michel: "It's [Roger] Jacquel." ~ Monique and Albert: "Does he have the same buffet? " ~ Michel: "No, but Jacky has the same."

The manipulator didn't betray himself by talking about this element. He used the similarity of the furniture to accuse Jacky Villemin and Roger Jacquel.

Albert installs car mirrors around his house, in the garden, with the help of his son-in-law. He is afraid of an intrusion on his property. Jacky [and his wife Liliane] came to visit his parents, to drink a coffee, as they usually did. They had witnessed the scene.

Roger Jacquel becomes in their eyes the crow; Liliane appears as the one who informed her father about the installation of mirrors, insults rain down: "The crazy, the whore". The manipulator has succeeded. These accusations satisfy Ginette who hates Liliane. Was the manipulator informed? Or did he just observe Albert’s house through binoculars?

July 16 or 17, 1982: Monique, Albert, Gilbert and his wife go for a walk. Immediately after their return, Monique receives a call "Was the ride good?".

This guy spends his life behind his window.

September 14, 1982: Monique's false accident.

A woman calls Gilbert Villemin (at work) and Christine (at her home). Gilbert quits his job and goes to check if his mother is okay. The manipulator laughs at Gilbert's "stupidity" over the phone, right after he leaves.

The famous soap allergy. September 1982.

Indeed, Albert does not use soap to wash himself. Woman's gossip. A Tupperware-like meeting had taken place between the women of the family (Marie-Ange, Ginette, Monique, Christine & Jacqueline V.) With the exception of Marie-Ange, all of them obviously already knew this detail of his intimate hygiene.

However, I think the information comes from Ginette Villemin. Jacqueline Jacob probably had "an attentive ear".

The crow boasts of having broken the window at Jean-Marie's. Insults, threats.

Anonymous call at the end of November 1982 to Albert and Monique Villemin.

The manipulator phones home and says “the days are getting shorter; the gray cats will come out again … we got him, the little asshole." He targets Gilbert, whom the woman urged to move on September 14, 1982 . The manipulator sows discord.

He tricks his victims into believing that he can be anyone. He distorts the proverb ~> "At night, all cats are gray" but its meaning is the same. [At night, all things look the same, it is difficult to distinguish them ... By extension, this proverb is used when faced with a confused situation.]

December 13, 1982: “I'm going to Lépanges to hurt Christine."

One of the tires on Jean-Marie's car will be punctured the same evening.

December 15, 1982, he boasts of being responsible for the puncture. (Around 7:00 p.m.)

There is a childish babbling in the room, and whispers. Monique: “He works ... (in reference to Jean-Marie). Maybe you will go tonight, eh? But you will suck your thumb, she is not there." (Christine sleeps at her mother's house when Jean-Marie is working at night).

The manipulator: "He is a bit bourgeois ... ". He evokes the behavior of Jean-Marie, expresses one of the motives for his attacks, the class struggle. Footsteps in the room indicate that he is not alone.

The manipulator: "She spoke to me."

A manipulator lies without limits and never admits having lied.

Monique: "No, she didn't talk to you, liar ! Liar ! Did she talk to you ... ? She didn't even answer you."

The manipulator is caught in the act of lying. He's going to escape and change the subject. The manipulator: "She was very lucky." Monique: "She was very lucky ... What are you suggesting here? You have good information, eh! There are nice people who like you ... ". Monique believes that the manipulator is informed by members of her family.

December 16, 1982, Albert and Monique Villemin. The hoarse-voiced manipulator claims the flat tire of Jean -Marie's car and make fun of Albert who was circling the house with his rifle.

He gives the impression of having been informed by someone close to Jean-Marie. It's wrong. He saw them with his own eyes as he admitted to being surprised by their unexpected arrival. He escaped just in time.

Between August 1982 and October 1983, several events are noted in red in the table.

Threats towards Albert, continually driven to suicide, "You will hang yourself like your father."

Threats to Michel: "I know what time you leave for work and when your wife comes home, when the children [Daniel & Christelle] are alone."

Call to Jacky's October 31, 1982: This call takes place in the presence of Gilbert, it proves Jacky's innocence.

Gilbert informs Albert of this crucial element. But the pill is hard to swallow, no one really believes it. Jacky will tell the crow, "I'm listening, I have all my time I'm not working."

Strangely, Bernard will call immediately after this call, asking Jacky if he was free in the evening (he offers him, with his usual nonchalance, an aperitif). The latter knew full well that Jacky was working. Is Bernard right next to the crow?

Between October 1982/1983, Albert received calls during his nap, when Monique left to work (she was cleaning private homes).

Her hours were irregular, only someone who observed the house diligently could act at the right time.

Between November 30, 1982 and February 20, 1983, the woman appears very often.

She contacts services linked to the medical sector (people outside the family). She claims Albert is dead.

She acts in agreement with her partner. He still utters threats, towards Christine.

Beginning of 1983. Monique Villemin.

The manipulator: “…” He remains silent as in most calls aimed at stressing Monique Villemin.

Monique: "Hello - my big pig! - poor idiot ... "

The manipulator: "I'm going to kill him." We note a clear change in tone. The Villemin family are now under death threats. "I will start with the one who is the leader". He threatens Jean-Marie, paradoxically the only one not to risk his life, because he aims to maximize his suffering which implies that he remains alive.

Monique: "Ah, you will start with the one who is the boss! well the boss 'il t'emmerde' ..." (Vulgar) Soiling with excrement. Show your contempt and sometimes your superiority.

The manipulator: "I already scared her, I'll do it again."

Monique: "Huh! The boss, you can always go find him."

The manipulator: "I already scared his wife."

Monique: "Yes, you already scared her, you broke her door."

The manipulator: "Ah! Ah! I will do it again soon ... and there I will go further."

Monique: "You don't know the Villemin family, believe me, if the Villemin family falls on your back ..." Monique threatens in return, without credibility. The crow knows the kindness of the members of the Villemin family. Besides, he takes them for morons.

The manipulator: "Ah! Ah! Not at all ! She was afraid, you will be afraid too."

Monique: "She was scared ... yes ok she was scared ... you don't know what awaits you!"

Monique steps back, gives him the victory. He doesn't just cause pain, he wants the other to know that he has enjoyed that pain.

The manipulator: "There are only thugs like you who are well placed ..." He refers to the situation of Jean-Marie who was promoted. He expresses his jealousy. He hung up.

Anonymous call of January 18, 1983. The manipulator (woman) announces to Christine that her husband “had an accident with Martial David, a work colleague”.

January 27, 1983. Monique Villemin.

The woman sends the paramedic Rémy, the funeral directors of Gérardmer to Monique’s house. He tells Monique that he is going to assault Christine. She goes to sleep at Monique's. The creation of anxious phenomena in the victim constitutes a sign of perversion.

February 18, 1983 At 12:30 p.m..

The manipulator, (female voice), asks Dr. Schneider (Bruyères) to go to Michel's house. Shortly after, she called the doctor back and asked him to come to Jean-Marie. At 12:45 p.m., she contacted a nurse (Ms. Martinache) to go to Albert's house. Between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., she calls the Poirat garage so that he can go to Albert's place. Only the trip to Michel is justified, because his daughter is ill. This series of calls points to Ginette, who was not working ... but Jacqueline Jacob's schedule is not available.

February 20, 1983, Monique & Albert.

The manipulator: "…"

Monique: "Hello, is that you again? But what are you doing tonight, are you drunk?"

The manipulator: "Dirty woman ..."

Monique: "Um, um, the same can be said about you, you know ..."

The manipulator: "I watch her ... I know where she works." He evokes Christine Villemin.

Monique: "You watch her ?"

The manipulator: "I know that at the moment, she is alone at home ... so she can unplug her phone, maybe I'll come home this evening, or tomorrow ... Ah, ah, ah, she won't have to hang herself!" He threatens to kill Christine who is sleeping with her mother, but he does not know it or pretends not to know it.

Monique: "Oh yeah, you're right, but do you know what's in store for you?"

The manipulator: "You assholes, you will never get me! "

Monique Villemin: "We will never get you?"

The manipulator: "Besides, I can't be touched, because I have a pension, and I am recognized as ill ... "

The manipulator lives in fear of being discovered. He persists in directing suspicion on Roger Jacquel, who was on sick leave at the time of the call.

Monique: “Aah, yes! Because there are only lazy people of your kind, eh, who is recognized as sick ... "

The manipulator: "You didn't say that when I came to fuck you ... when your old guy was in the hospital, a few years ago ... ah,ah"

Monique: "Ho ! poor idiot !" Monique hangs up.

She cracks when she hears herself accused of infidelity in the presence of her husband. The manipulator aims to create a deep feeling of hatred in Albert Villemin towards Roger Jacquel. He shapes a scapegoat. Albert and Jean-Marie will lead the gendarmes at the Jacquel's. 37 years after the murder, despite Roger Jacquel's alibi, Albert still believes him guilty, which proves the strength of the hold. The conversation continues between those present. Monique: "He's going to scare Christine tonight, he knows where she works, she is being watched …" Gilbert: "You see I told you, call Christine right away."

On February 23, 1983, Jean-Marie spoke with him for the first time in more than two years.

On March 3, the woman made two calls [Fire Chief - Aumontzey; Albert’s uncle (Hollard family)].

The manipulator calls the Aumontzey fire captain, Mr Voirin, Albert would have hanged himself." She used the personal telephone number of the fire captain and not the 18. She is suspicious, does not want to be overheard by an unidentified person. She's making a mistake because the captain's number only appears in the Aumontzey firefighter's calendar. We note a certainty that the manipulator lives in this town.

March 4, 1983, Letter Q1. "I WILL KILL YOU THE VILLEMAIN FAMILY"
March 23, 1983. Jean-Marie.

The manipulator: " ... But there is another bastard and I may be the only one who knows who it is."

Jean-Marie: "Oh, who is it? "

The manipulator: "And your mother, she knows it too."

Jean-Marie: "Who?"

The manipulator: "But as long as she's afraid of the truth ... Your mother, she knows, she's afraid of the truth."

Jean-Marie: "Oh good, but tell me who the other bastard is. It may be interesting for me."

The manipulator: "Oh, I'll tell you (...) the other jerk next door, he's just as crazy as your dad."

Jean-Marie: "Who is it, is it me?"

The manipulator: "You got to look for him, I called him, only you know about him. It's up to you to find out."

Jean-Marie: "But you know I don't want to rack my brains about it, if you told me who it is ..."

The manipulator: "You won't be able to talk to your mother about it. Because you don't have proof. She's the one recording. So if you tell her about it, she'll think you're doing some bullshit, you'll just step aside too, han han han."

Jean-Marie: "Hey, but I'm not even going to talk to her. If you told me who it was, I could say names, but bullshit like that."

The manipulator: "Yet he looks like him, if the big one is a bastard, the other too ... and it's the same 'Thiebault'."

Jean-Marie: "Thiebault? And tell me, who is it, Gilbert?"

The manipulator: "(...) this is the last time for everyone I'm calling, I'll stop and here's why I pissed you off for two years. There is no reason that the big one always takes. We always put him aside … han han …!

Jean-Marie tries to extract identifying information. He repeats "who?", stubbornly.

The "other jerk next door" seems to be Michel who lives next to Albert. There remains Gilbert who would be the second natural son of the same father as Jacky. Innuendo without proof, the manipulator preaches the false in order to know the truth. He invites Jean-Marie to phone his mother, anonymously or not, claiming that Gilbert is a bastard. He passes his messages through others.

When Jean-Marie insists on whether Gilbert is the second bastard, he escapes the interview. Let us add that he relies on the ignorance of others, makes people believe in his superiority, and that he responds in a vague way.

The manipulator insinuates that Monique continued her relationship with Jacky's father after her marriage and that a second child was born. He says: "Your mother knows, but she is afraid of the truth". The manipulator handles paradoxical language. If the relationship is proven and Monique leads a double life, how does he know the father for sure? How does the hypothetical second bastard play a role in his hatred of Albert and Jean-Marie? In the event of his wife's infidelity, the victim is Albert and not Jean-Marie. These baseless assumptions aim to hurt Albert by sending him back to his mother's infidelity that caused his father's suicide. The manipulator sets up a process of psychic murder; he asks Albert to kill himself like his father by hanging since he is in the same situation as him. The manipulator says he won't be calling again and that his motive was in Jacky's defense. The role of family vigilante constitutes an illusion. Once again, it is about stigmatizing Roger Jacquel in Jean-Marie's mind.

Spring 1983, Jacky and Liliane.

The manipulator: "..." (inaudible)

Liliane: "I didn't understand imbecile! You are just an imbecile ... less than nothing ... you are not even a man."

Liliane insults the manipulator in the worst way. She just put her finger in a breach. He will react violently, will not remain silent this time.

The manipulator: "Shut up!"

Liliane: "You're just a moron to me! Less than nothing ... you're not even a man ... tell me, are you a man? Liliane raised her tone, placing herself at the level of the manipulator.

Jacky: "You are a nice fag hey."

Liliane: "Are you a man who has balls between his thighs?"

The manipulator: "I fucked you!"

The manipulator wants to sow discord in the couple, but Liliane and Jacky have detected a flaw. He replies at the sexual level, trying to fill his loophole, becomes pathetic.

Liliane: "Oh you fucked me, you fucked the mother-in-law ... you fucked me? I would be surprised because if you had balls you wouldn't act the way you do … you wouldn't be using the phone." Liliane stands up to him.

The manipulator: "You are the only one who knows."

Jacky: "Show yourself."

Liliane: "I am the only one who knows what?"

The manipulator hangs up, he escapes. This call did not give him pleasure. It put him back in front of his emotional pain. Liliane won the duel provisionally, because the manipulator cannot remain on a failure.

In the spring of 1983, he denounced a complicity between him and Liliane. Michel bought a rifle. Albert obtained two air rifles. The crow mentions the weapons and makes fun of Albert, as he always does.

Spring 1983 to Jacky and Liliane Villemin.

Éric: (Jacky and Liliane's son, 10 yo) "Hello."

The manipulator: "Hello" (Apparently female natural voice?)

Éric: "Who is it?"

The manipulator: "Is your mom there?"

Éric: "Yes."

The manipulator: "You want to pass the phone to her?"

Éric: "Yes."

Liliane: "Hello, yes."

The manipulator: "Yes."

The manipulator secures the conversation. He prevents a third party not belonging to the Villemin family to hear his hoarse voice and testify. The language level in the contact phase is higher than that of the harassment phase.

The manipulator: "I did what you wanted, so you shouldn't give up because otherwise I will denounce you to your in-laws."

Liliane: "Denounce what?"

The manipulator: "You know that very well, and I'll tell your old guy about it." Liliane: "My old guy, what old guy?"

The manipulator: "To your man ... You know the business right now."

Liliane: "What business? No I do not know!"

The manipulator: "Now that it goes too far, you want to kick your ass, but I could blackmail you ... you understand?"

Liliane: "Blackmail me! About what?"

The manipulator: "Yes, yes, yes."

Liliane: "I have nothing to reproach myself with."

The manipulator: "Yeah, you walk with me, but when you see it's going too far you want me to stop."

Liliane: "I walk with you?"

The manipulator: "Yes, yes, wait ... your man will have echoes of it."

Liliane: "I walk with you? What am I walking with you about?"

The manipulator: "For your in-laws ... you know very well ... You want your father-in-law to commit suicide."

Liliane (furious): "It's me! Oh! Bastard! Bastard!"

The manipulator: "Yes yes ... you want to put this on your father's back."

The manipulator: "You're smart huh, and I'll get you and tell you if you keep on not wanting to walk with me."

Liliane: "Who the hell are you? I don't know who you are."

The manipulator: "You act ignorant because you're on the listening table so you're scared."

Liliane: "No I'm not ignorant!"

The manipulator: "Yes, yes, and your guy will know about it."

Liliane: "My man know what, what wrong did I do?"

The manipulator: "Yes, don't be ignorant."

Liliane: "Don't be ignorant, but I don't know what you're doing ... at least tell me what you're talking about, what kind of thing you're talking about." The manipulator: "Phone calls I give your in-laws for you."

Liliane: "For me?"

The manipulator: "Yes, yes"

Liliane: "Mooh! Do you realize Jacky ... for me ... That’s not possible ... for me (words addressed to her husband) … but what did I do ? You want me to kill myself. Hey you are going to win, I never did harm to any one."

The manipulator: "Ah ..." The conversation is cut off at the end of the tape. It turns out to be interesting. The manipulator thinks he is being listened too. He insinuates that he is Roger Jacquel and accuses Liliane of being his accomplice in front of the gendarmes. He regains the ascendancy by using paradoxical language. The manipulator has a remarkable ability to adapt and shows his opportunism.

According to Marie France Hirigoyen in “Le harcèlement moral”, the pervert's message is deliberately vague and imprecise, it maintains the confusion. He can say, "I never said that" and avoid blame. By using hints, he conveys messages without compromising himself. Offering words without a logical link, it maintains the coexistence of different contradictory discourses. He may not finish his sentences, leaving ellipses that open the way for any misunderstandings.

He sends an obscure, incomprehensible message to someone outside the family and to Liliane whom he makes uncomfortable by denying her access to a truth he is speaking. This truth is empty, there is nothing. At one point in the conversation, the manipulator implicitly accuses Liliane of wanting her father-in-law dead and reminds her that she asked him for help. Liliane gets angry, plunging the manipulator into a form of jouissance that compensates for the failure of the previous phone call. The manipulator attacks in a neutral, monotonous tone. The pervert expresses himself in cold, white anger, unlike the victim who blushes with anger. The narcissistic perversion is pushed to its climax, the manipulator succeeds in destroying the other without blaming him for anything concrete, without the slightest fact. He calls a possible investigator as a witness. He insinuates being Roger Jacquel and simultaneously, he destabilizes his victim.

Despite a speech devoid of rudeness, we reach a height of cruelty, of the darkest perversion. The decision to place a wiretap prompted the manipulator to turn the remedy against his targets by accusing them in front of investigators. He intends to let everyone know that he remains the master of the game. In an evil attack, each counterattack by the victim results in a new attack of a higher level.

In April 1983, Monique received a visit from the gendarmes. Thirty minutes later, she receives a call from the stalker “no need to call the cops” (9:30 am).

Albert and Monique Villemin in April 1983.

Monique: "Hello, is that you? You're starting again? Good morning! How are you? We found the time long, you know, we missed you, huh? Well, yeah, ah is that you? Yes you came back? Oh, thanks also for the little surprise, huh, March 3rd, that's nice of you."

Monique talks about sending firefighters home. The manipulator is the subject of conversations.

The manipulator: "Yeah."

Monique: "Yes yes. It's nice you know, huh! What are you doing? We haven't seen you, for some time."

The manipulator: "We can no longer make you believe anything. He's too closely watched … the boss."

Monique: "Oh, I don't know ... Thank you, you sent a letter, that's nice. Monique alludes to the letter under the shutters at Jean-Marie and Christine.

The manipulator: "When I was posting it, they didn't hear me."

Monique: "Oh look, you were there around 5 a.m. we can imagine, huh?"

The manipulator: "I can go when I want."

Monique: "Oh do you even get up at night?"

The manipulator: "Of course."

Monique: "Well, you're brave, eh! I wouldn't have fun getting up at night. You know it's stupid, you break your sleep for us, it's ridiculous."

Monique treats the crow with humor. She intended to show that he was failing in his goal which only made his anger worse. Like a cobra that has stood up, he will spit out his venom, becoming aggressive and obscene.

The manipulator: "Pregnant once ..." The manipulator ignores the rights, needs and desires of others.

Monique: "Oh well, the whore, I wasn't yours."

The manipulator: "It's yet to be seen."

The manipulator criticizes and devalues others.

Monique: "You're wrong, you know, because if I had a kid, I raised him and I didn't need you." Monique points to Jacky and not a second adulterous child. Does she think Jacky's biological father is the crow?

The manipulator: "There was a jerk who picked him up."

The manipulator points to Albert who adopted Jacky and perhaps a second adulterous child without knowing it. He produces a feeling of uneasiness or unfreedom.

The manipulator: "He's not hooked yet? … I would cut the rope … he will do like his father… " Allusion to the hanging of Albert's father claimed by manipulation. Monique: "And you, you don't know what to expect ... You don't know what the future holds, do you?"

The manipulator: "You are ashamed."

Monique Villemin: "I'm not ashamed ... You're smarter than them, oh, but you think you're strong."

The manipulator: "We know… that, not seen, not taken." The manipulator tells us about the assassination strategy. He will act from behind, quickly.

Monique: "Well anyway, we're not doing anything to get you caught, eh, we don't want to put any money for you."

The manipulator: "There is no point in bringing in the gendarmes, it is useless." The manipulator taunts Monique.

Monique: "Maybe not. How do you know they came? Have you seen them, the gendarmes?"

The manipulator: "I'm looking for information."

Monique: "You have good information."

The manipulator: "It's for the wiretap." The manipulator is informed ... Monique was too talkative and the gendarmes too naive in telling her their plan.

The manipulator: "When it is plugged in, I will give up private phones. He hangs up.

We can see the error made by the gendarmes who informed Monique that the tapping was set up without being sure of her silence.

Sunday April 24, 1983.

The raven calls Jean-Marie to his work. The conversation lasts 40 minutes in two stages (2 calls 30 + 10 min). He evokes a "second bastard".

This anonymous call was sent at 10 p.m. The director responds. The manipulator (woman) asks him, to talk to Jean-Marie. When Jean-Marie takes the handset, this is the hoarse voice.

The manipulator: "Hey! well that's okay, the gendarmes are not about to watch in my direction, I will be able to continue ... For the listening table at [Pascal] Verdu, you are wrong ... Marcel Jacob is to be eliminate."

The woman laughs in the background. Jean-Marie: "Is your girl on the phone?"

The manipulator: "To find out how your wife works, I phoned her factory pretending to be the labor inspector, that's how I know her working hours ... I even went to the store, because I said to myself: hey! The chef's wife may have been boosted, and it may be she who runs the store ... I realized that it was not her ... But, I said to myself that the chick who ran the store was no better than her, she was a whore full of make-up ..."

Jean-Marie should have met the cashier without delay and presented her with photos of all the members of the family or asked the gendarmes to realize this investigation. The cashier might have designated the manipulator. Another missed opportunity. The mention of the labor inspector constitutes a minor axis of prevalence whether the manipulator is a staff representative.

Jean-Marie: "Stop pretending to be Roger Jacquel. Come explain yourself between four eyes."

Jean-Marie comes out of the grip. Excellent.

The manipulator: "Between four eyes? It would surprise me ... There were a lot of people that day ... Tire day ... "

He escapes and keeps Jean-Marie in the dark regarding Roger Jacquel. he changes the subject altogether during the conversation !

Jean-Marie: "Now that you have solved the problem, your daughter will be well seen."

Jean-Marie alludes to Liliane. The manipulator put Jean-Marie back in his grip. He incriminates Roger Jacquel. Jean-Marie should get out of the grip and bring up other suspects, including Verdu and Marcel Jacob, and note the manipulator's reactions.

The manipulator: "She has already eaten 'fondue' at my place, Liliane, when she comes to see me, she says "yeah my in-laws will think it's me. I don’t get an anonymous call… Parents will find out about me". So the idea came to me to phone her, as I knew she was recording, to put everything on her back ... Anyway, once they wanted to accuse me, but it did not work ... with your phone calls where you change your voice I recognized you ... and me with that you make me an alibi ... I saw your parents the other time, I saw them at Granges, they said hello to me, and I thought: “sacred bunch of idiots!” I was in the cafe at Lenard's."

The manipulator claims to be Roger Jacquel. Encirclement strategy. It works, Jean-Marie does not take a step back. He does not say: "I am Jacquel", because that would reduce Jean-Marie's belief in Roger Jacquel. He remains in the dark. He says he got a call from Jean-Marie. He seems to be taking a risk, because if Jean-Marie made only one call he will be identified. So he knows that Jean-Marie has made several anonymous calls. Worse, one of those calls was aimed at Roger Jacquel and he knows it too. He is stepping up the pressure by making it appear that the hoarse-voiced crow is Roger Jacquel and that he got the call. If Jean-Marie asks Liliane where she ate the fondue, he will name Roger Jacquel.

The manipulator: "You're full of cash." Jean-Marie: "Jacky wins as much as me." "The manipulator: "Are you kidding me, Jacky earns around 7000 Frs, and you earn a million a month."

Jean-Marie: "I am far from it."

The manipulator: "Not that much ... You earn the most in the family. You are still a chef."

Jean-Marie: "Chef, chef, chef, you know what a chef is, he's a supervisor."

The manipulator expresses his jealousy. He increases the amount of one salary in old Francs and reduces the other by using the new Francs. He can't stand that Jean-Marie, younger than him, got a higher job than his.

The manipulator: “You're on Henry and Thomas’s team; are you still getting fucked? "

Jean-Marie: "Oh hey stop a bit, I haven't always let myself go in the job."

The manipulator: "I know, but now you're getting fucked."

Jean-Marie: "Anything! "

The manipulator: "I can't 'blairer' the bosses, (hate someone, 'I can't stand him'). When your parents go up to Jacky's, your mother tells them: yeah, Jean-Marie is stubborn, he's stubborn, to say that it's you who is calling."

He takes up word for word the language of Marcel Jacob. Is this a common language?

Jean-Marie: "Really?"

The manipulator gets angry and grows more and more rude as her hatred rises. He can let his guard down if feeling dominates sanity. Jean-Marie has an identification window. Will he be able to take advantage of it?

The manipulator: "We only see you .. I was sick of hearing Jacky and Liliane complaining. That's why I made up my mind to piss you off ... I stop calling, not like the last time, man's word." The manipulator once again suggests that he is Roger Jacquel. He also tells us about his flaw: He lacked affection in his childhood and projects himself onto Jacky! [Affective Deficiency in Childhood, the most painful component of narcissistic perversion.]

Jean-Marie is the boss of the family; the manipulator, does not exist and he cannot stand it. He would like to shine, to be respected, to be feared. Hatred rises like milk on the fire.

Jean-Marie: "But if you come, we'll explain between four eyes."

Useless, he will not come. Jean-Marie has to force him to reveal himself by telling him that the problem is not Jacky, but his jealousy and lack of affection. Call the hoarse-voiced man a "bastard, scumbag" and hope he explodes in flight.

The manipulator: "Oh well that would be too easy, you would know who I am, and then you are too strong ... oh yes, for Liliane's tires, it can only be you, because the other crazy (Michel) who is next to your father's, he's as scared as his father … "

Fail, the manipulator has regained control, changed the subject.

The manipulator: "You can't stand Liliane!"

Jean-Marie: "Even if I couldn't stand her, Liliane, as you say, I wouldn't have gone to puncture Jacky's tires, because he's the only one who works in his household." Jean-Marie sits on the side of the workers.

The manipulator: "Yes, but your wife ... she is a seamstress, while Jacky's wife is a journalist!" I saw you on Saturday near the Church of Granges, opposite the Mourot butcher's shop, with your wife and your brand new Renault 20. You had sunglasses on ... and I recognized you the other time on the phone at two in the morning."

Jean-Marie: "But if you say that, it is because you are Roger Jacquel." Goldsmith's work.

The manipulator still suggests that Roger Jacquel saw them when it was probably he or his wife. Jean-Marie falls into the trap and validates the Jacquel trail.

The manipulator: "But you're like your mother, you can't have me on the phone that it's Roger Jacquel ... and worse, the wiretap at your parents' house, I don't care, I can call from a booth ... Your father, I saw him the other time, on tire day. I saw him go around the house with the rifle, I just had time to leave the place, to go along the parks behind the lamppost and along the path to reach my car ... Anyway, your wife, I will get her. Fortunately, she didn't walk in the wake of the false accident."

The manipulator admits that he is not necessarily informed by the Villemin family, but that he and his accomplice are observing the Villemin parents. If he openly passed himself off as Roger Jacquel, he would reduce Jean-Marie's suspicion. With intelligence, he denies being Roger Jacquel which further strengthens Jean-Marie's conviction.

In this call, the manipulator describes the route he follows when he spies on Christine and Jean-Marie Villemin's house. He parks 30 meters from the Orée du Bois / rue des Champs crossroads, along the parks behind the lamppost, and follows the path to the Villemin house. From there, we can only see the roof of the Villemin house. Jean-Marie: "Oh! "

The manipulator: "We were expecting her at the exit of Docelles."

Jean-Marie: "But what would you have done to her?"

The manipulator: "I would have raped her."

Jean-Marie:" You seem very slow to rape her."

The manipulator: "The young guy who is with me would have done the job ..." he implies Roger Jacquel (the old man) and Jacky (the young one).

Jean-Marie: "I don't care, I have money, I'm young, I'll have another kitten."

The counter-manipulation puts both actors on an equal footing. This difficult game requires training that the victim did not receive. Jean-Marie now believes himself to be the master of the game, hopes that his correspondent with the hoarse voice will build up pressure and reveal himself.

The manipulator: "I'll tell it to your wife, it's not going to make her happy. Either way, I'll put a bullet between your shoulders and if I miss you, I'll come and bring you oranges to the hospital ... oh no! I'll take it out on your kid, it'll hurt you more. Don't leave him lying around, I'm watching him with binoculars, if I find him outside I'll take him and you'll find him "squoffié" down, in the river."

To hurt, psychic murder is claimed, he admits to using binoculars. He indicates his intention to become Jean-Marie's friend by bringing him oranges. Double game, double "I", the manipulator is likely to become the friend of his enemies, once the crime is carried out, for pleasure and for safety.

Jean-Marie: "You bastard, don't try to touch the kid, you're a dead man."

The manipulator found the weak point in Jean-Marie, who only remained the master of the game for a few seconds. He heightened the hatred of the manipulator who counterattacked by raising the stakes.

The manipulator said the child will be "squoffié" (meaning killed). There is a major axis of prevalence according to which the manipulator decided during the phone interview to kidnap Grégory and throw him in the Vologne. He looks for what will do the most harm attesting to a high level of sadism.

The manipulator: “Ah! Ah! I go when I want to your place ... "

Jean-Marie: "Oh yes?"

The manipulator: "It's okay with you, you have checkered wallpaper in your kitchen. In the large room, you have bread-colored tiles. You got a nice oak dining room, you bastard!"

Jean-Marie: "Hey yes. We find the hatred of the "Giscards", the class struggle based on the most basic jealousy.

The manipulator: "you have taste, how much does it cost? Four to five million ... I'll go up to your place. Tomorrow, when you come home from work, your beautiful little trees which are in front of your house I will have torn them up and I will have marked Giscard on your plaster, all around the house ... There, you cannot warn your wife, you cannot phone outside, only outside office hours."

Jean-Marie: "It's okay, I intended to change the plaster to salmon color." Jean-Marie again feigns indifference. He will not attack trees or plaster.

The manipulator: "And worse, when Liliane goes down to the parents' house in Aumontzey, she says to me: Oh! Well, when Jean-Marie is there with his wife, I don't dare go back, she is always well dressed, I am embarrassed… "

The tension falls, no need to dwell on the murder of the child, he directs Jean- Marie on minor offenses.

Jean-Marie: "Stop, she is still in jeans."

The manipulator: "Oh yes! In jeans, but what ass! Liliane also tells me: when I want to complain to my mother-in-law, she always has to tell me, "oh well! Jean-Marie's wife has vein problems, and worse off, Gilbert's wife has blood problems." It is noted that blood and vein problems are typically brought up by women and not by men. This clue reinforces the presumption that the women holds an important role.

Jean-Marie: "Are you Roger Jacquel?"

The manipulator: "It's up to you to find out."

Jean-Marie: "I am going to give you four names, and I ask you to be frank to tell me if you are one of the four."

The manipulator: "Okay."

Jean-Marie: "Roger Jacquel, Pascal Verdu, Serge Noël or Marcel Jacob?" Jean-Marie will explain that he mentioned Marcel Jacob's name because he knows he is jealous of him. The manipulator can only say yes, since he wants to impersonate Roger Jacquel. The manipulator: "I'm one of them ... anyway, for the history of (car) mirrors, it wasn't just me who knew about it." The manipulator immediately changes the subject for fear that Jean-Marie continues his investigations.

Jean-Marie: "Do you know that from Liliane?"

The manipulator: "You know, you shouldn't listen to them too much either ... "

Jean-Marie: "And my brother Gilbert, what do you think, because I'm not alone in the family?"

The manipulator: "Hey him, I wanted to put his tires out, but since he has an old car, often broken down and he doesn't have a nice house!"

Jean-Marie: "And my brother Michel, it's not just me who has a nice house, there's Michel who lives near the parents' house."

The manipulator: "Hey yes, but if I approach, there is the dog barking. And the father (Albert) is nearby and still very much on the lookout."

Jean-Marie: "No, that would surprise me. They are in disagreement… "

The manipulator: "Oh no, not anymore! They had just reconciled." Jean-Marie did not yet know it, like the majority of the family. The manipulator was probably informed by Ginette.

The manipulator: "Your father is not an adult ... poor jerk. He still puts on socks when he goes to bed… " Another typically feminine reflection. We don't see the connection between adulthood and wearing socks in bed.

The manipulator: "You see, you're not doing anything, you've been on the phone for 40 minutes. I won't be on the phone anymore, man's word, but it's not like the last time, this time I'll be doing dirty tricks." The manipulator ends the call by announcing the assassination of Grégory.

The manipulator knew that Jean-Marie's workplace was also in danger of being wiretapped. He had to know his target character's flaw at all costs. He criticizes Jean-Marie for his promotion, his salary and repeats this sentence over and over again: "I can't stand the bosses". He gives the speech of a CGT union representative. It can't be Christine Villemin. During this last phone call, the manipulator anchors one last time in the psyche of Jean-Marie, that Grégory will be assassinated by Roger Jacquel.

April 27, 1983, Letter Q2. "IF YOU WANT ME TO STOP, I OFFER YOU A SOLUTION [...]"
May 17, 1983. Last call to Albert, (Aumontzey factory).
Same day. Letter Q3. "I see nothing has changed, the leader is still coming [...]"

Albert was disturbed by a call to his factory (the last officially). A woman is heard first (she will introduce herself as his daughter - Jacqueline Villemin - , Albert will only hear the male voice). "You will hang yourself!"

March 8, 1984. Liliane receives a call after almost a year of silence.

He threatens Jean-Marie. Jacky and his brother no longer speak to each other, Jean-Marie & Christine will not be aware of this call.

The manipulator: "When the cops come to your house, you will be the first to be arrested. So far, I've been up to it, everything revolves around you and your father." Liliane thinks of meanness as the manipulator explains his plan: to make Albert and Jean-Marie believe that Liliane is the mastermind of the crime and Roger Jacquel, the executor. "They know there's a revenge, they're gonna think it's you, since they were all jerks." The manipulator drives the point home, he's not even afraid Liliane understands his strategy. He considers the members of the Villemin family to be “idiots”. Liliane: "I don't give a damn about the Villemin." Liliane does not see the danger of death coming against Roger Jacquel, she fears at most a police investigation against her father. Liliane: "Ah if you knew everything. You don't know everything."

The manipulator: "Is she moving your hut forward? Are you going to move soon?"

The manipulator expresses his envy. He can't stand young people having more beautiful houses built, bigger than his. Liliane: "What the hell are you doing? Huh, what's the matter with you Jean-Marie?" Liliane, angry with Jean-Marie, thinks he is the crow. The manipulator can see that she has sown discord. The manipulator: “There's no Jean-Marie."

The manipulator, constant in heismodus operandi, denies being Jean-Marie, which will strengthen Liliane's conviction that he is. Liliane: "Hey hey hey hey ... to others, but not to me eh!" Goal achieved.

The manipulator: "Jean-Marie down, I will be better seen in the Villemin family […]."

After the crime, if he becomes Monique and Albert's friend, he will deliver a strong indication of guilt. Liliane: "Why are you frowned upon? you're like Jacky, you're frowned upon! It's not just the Villemin on earth. We have friends, we don't have to have only family, that doesn't prevent us from living ... why do you want to be "well seen"?"

The manipulator: "They are not your parents. Jacky has already asked you his opinion, he doesn't want to see his parents again maybe?"

The manipulator becomes moralistic, he takes up the speech of the letters "Jacky is put aside". Liliane: "Jacky he does not care eh ... Well he's looking for his real father, eh! you understand, because, his family, is his father first."

The manipulator: "Yeah, but he'll have a hard time finding him, she's had so much on her back the donkey that he will have trouble finding who his father is ... She's the bitch of everyone." The manipulator denigrates ... and returns to her sexual problems Liliane: "Hmm, are you sure?"

The manipulator: "Find out in Aumontzey, you'll see what people think with her first bastard." Liliane: "Why, she had others?"

The manipulator: "She has a second ... and in Aumontzey, the second bastard can be Michel or Jacqueline, Gilbert or Jean-Marie ... he is in Aumontzey their father. He is the one you are looking for, you just have to find him." The manipulator evokes a second bastard in the family. Rumor has already accused Albert of being the father of Louisette's daughter, the youngest of the ten Jacob children. The Louisette trail ruled out, Bernard Laroche is rumored to be Albert's adulterous son.

According to other gossip, children of the Villemin family would have been conceived by lovers of Monique presented as "fickle" by the manipulator. Albert represents the good guy who was born into a family with problems between his mother who stayed in prison and his father who committed suicide when he returned from captivity in 1942 because his wife was cheating on him. The manipulator reactivates the supposed psychological suffering of his victims, proving a high degree of perversion and its link with the siblings of Monique Villemin. Liliane: "Is his father in Aumontzey?" The manipulator: "She always told you bullshit; there has never been a >> 'Thiebault' than butter in the ass." The manipulator says that Jacky is the child of Thiebault, she is in contradiction with the call to Jean-Marie in which she denounces Thiebault. In reality, he doesn't know anything.

Liliane: "And who is her father, do you know?" Because Jacky, what makes him unhappy is his father. His mother and the other, he doesn't care. It is his father that he would like to know well."

The manipulator: "Let him ask his mother for the truth because she too is lying. She says it's Thiebault even to her real husband, but she doesn't want to say who the guy from Aumontzey is since she often got sex with him and had a second youngster with. "

Liliane: "Hey, wouldn't that be you Jacky's father?"

The manipulator: "Well, it's up to you ... why her mother was always afraid of the truth, because I cornered her once and told her that I would reveal everything." The manipulator does not communicate her requests and opinions. Liliane: "What you what? Sorry I did not understand." The manipulator: "That I will reveal everything, that everyone will know the truth."

The manipulator insinuates that two of the Villemin children are the sons of a man living in Aumontzey. Jacky and his biological father will meet later, the biological father said he never knew about the birth of his child. He did not live in Aumontzey. The manipulator preaches the false in order to know the true, sows discord and relies on the ignorance of others to make people believe in her superiority. Thus, the inanity of rumors was demonstrated at great expense! The perverse manipulators attribute to their victims the worst turpitudes in relation to sex or money without knowing anything about their life. Exclusion from the family circle or friendship of the victims makes them mythomaniacs. Liliane: "Yes, but why are you attacking all the kids? You should not. And blame us for what? We're not mean, we don't hurt people ... We let the world live. Why are you hurting us? Even if they don't like you there are others who surely love you eh! if you need to phone ... "

Liliane expresses the suffering that the manipulator makes them endure. She enters into his superego which dictates to him to defend those who suffer more than him, the workers by nature poor and weak against the bosses by nature the rich and powerful. She plays her game by making him feel guilty which should make him lose all his means. She found his flaw! The manipulator: "It may not be discovered."

Immediate backpedaling, he becomes human and he is not pretended.

Liliane: “Listen, if you need to call, to confide in someone, don't hesitate. Don't hurt us! We are buying a house. You know the truth, we just went to sign, we signed so don't put us in the shit ... we ask that one thing is to be happy all three, the others we don't care you know."

The manipulator has two faces, he is probably appreciated by members of the CGT as a defender of the workers and esteemed in his village, but he has set no limits in hatred against those who have the money. The class struggle without a moral filter. By expressing her suffering, Liliane has passed from the strong to the weak who claims protection. At the same time, she offers the manipulator the affectivity he lacks (3). The manipulator is now connected to Liliane, he absorbs her suffering like a sponge, until the moment when the sponge is swallowed up. There he will hang up.

The manipulator: "It's the boss who will take." The manipulator speaks less and less, his hateful spirit crumbles. Liliane: "Listen. Listen to me ... you want to hurt them, but you make us accuse by everyone. Do you realize how hurt you are doing to us!? The gendarmes came here and they made me go up to the brigade, they accused me ..."

Liliane understood that the situation was reversed and accentuated the counter manipulation by expressing her suffering, pushing her advantage, hoping encourage him to stop calling. The manipulator who aims to obtain in her target a suffering greater than his in order to get better has won. He no longer needs to attack.

The manipulator: "Yeah, I ..." Liliane: "And I got sick."

The manipulator: "Yes yes, I know." He hangs up. [If Jean-Marie had become unemployed or better still, homeless, if his wife and son had left him, the manipulator would have helped him. Joining the CGT, voting on the far left, protesting and giving up climbing the hierarchy would have saved Grégory. Pathetic, but so French!]

October 16, 1984. The crow would have phoned Michel to announce his responsibility in the crime, "my revenge is done".

Since I do not speak French this is invaluable to me. I am deeply involved in researching this case, however I keep hitting wall after wall. I've even been asked to not participate in discussions regarding the case on YouTube channels because I don't speak French. My point is it is very difficult to do more than the most cursory research so I am so grateful for the details and analysis in terms if the interpersonal relationships in this family. The truth is certainly wrapped in these details. Again, thank you.

Thank you very much for your comment, I am appalled to read this. People can be really dumb. It’s not very nice. This is one of the reasons why I decided to create my blog, to allow English speakers to have access to all the information available in France on this case. I am thinking of creating a forum section as well, so members could chat with each other (even if there are only 4 of us). The Reddit community group "LittleGregory" is only dedicated to the main news, I restricted discussions because I couldn't reply to everyone or post long articles. In addition, I speak good English but I am not yet bilingual. I have an intermediate leve…
